B2B Terms of Sale & Fulfillment Provisions

These Terms of Sale govern all commercial procurement, requisitions, and physical delivery of artwork within the Bob Eige Studio –– Spatial Matrix Fine Art Library collection.

1. Premium Pricing & Payment Architecture

• Tier 1 (Individual Panels): From $7,500. Full payment or 50% non-refundable deposit required to initiate fabrication.

• Tier 2 & 3 (Packages & Master Plans): Regulated by a custom corporate requisition agreement.

Fabrication will not commence until funds have successfully cleared bank processing.

2. Custom Fabrication & Fulfillment

All physical offerings are custom, museum-grade, dye-sublimation ChromaLuxe aluminum prints executed exclusively by master fabricator XXXXX at Mxxxx Cxxxxx. Because each sheet is custom-manufactured to precise architectural specifications, all sales are final. We enforce a strict no-returns, no-exchanges, and no-cancellation policy once the digital file has been locked into the fabrication queue.

3. Freight, Delivery, and Rigging Liability

• Fulfillment Hand-off: Shipping and logistics are coordinated directly through Mxxxxx Cxxxx .

• Inspection Upon Arrival: Due to the physical scale of seamless sheets (up to 48"x96"), receiving corporate clients must inspect all freight crates immediately upon delivery before signing the carrier’s Bill of Lading.

• Damage Claims: Any structural or surface damage sustained during transit must be documented with photographic proof and reported to both the carrier and this studio within forty-eight (48) hours of arrival. Failure to report within this window waives transit liability.

• Installation: The purchasing institution is entirely responsible for structural wall testing, commercial rigging, and secure installation of all multi-panel arrays.
