All visual art, digital assets, imagery, designs, and text displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Bob Eige Studio (the "Artist") and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.
1. Retention of Rights
The acquisition of a physical artwork panel, multi-panel structural installation, or Enterprise Master Plan installation does NOT constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights, copyrights, or licensing permissions. The Artist retains 100% of all copyrights, including all rights of reproduction, digital alteration, licensing, and commercial distribution.
2. Strict Prohibitions
Purchasers, site visitors, and corporate clients are strictly prohibited from:
Scanning, photographing, or digitally reproducing any artwork for commercial use.
Utilizing web crawlers, scrapers, data-mining tools, or automated software to harvest images from this site.
Altering, modifying, or creating derivative works from any asset in the collection.
3. Institutional Use & Public Display
Physical ChromaLuxe panels may be permanently displayed within the purchasing institution’s designated physical footprint (e.g., healthcare facilities, corporate offices, hospitality public spaces). Any broadcasting, digital rendering, or inclusion of the artwork in national marketing campaigns or television media requires an explicit, separate commercial media licensing agreement signed by Bob Eige.
